Weight Loss Program

After your initial office visit with the medical provider (M.D. or Nurse Practitioner) to begin the program, you will come into the office for three consecutive months (every 30 days) at which time you will weigh in with a CMA and have your vitals taken. Every fourth visit will be scheduled with an M.D. or Nurse Practitioner. Upon check-out after each visit, you will be given a bottle of Phentermine 37.5 mg weight loss medication, which is dispensed in our office for $35 per 30 tablets.

This is a self-pay program, as insurance does not cover this plan.

To get the most out of this program, please remember to drink at least eight glasses of water per day (8 oz. each). Eat a well-balanced diet of protein, complex carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables. For optimum results, exercising 3-4 days a week is strongly recommended.
